Carol Verkamp wanted to bring a piece of Latin America to where she now lives, in Colorado. Originally from Chile, Carol started Dylari in early 2018 (Dylari is the combination of Dylan and Ariana, the names of her two kids) Dylari was born out of the desire to do something different that would be fulfilling and fun but at the same time ethical and with a purpose. During that process, she uncovered her passion for bags. Dylari wants to incorporate the Latin traditions with modern and chic designs to create a one of a kind product. Dylari supports handmade product from Guatemala by talented artesians. In a near future. would like to bring bags from Chile and other latin countries.
All Dylari products are handmade by talented artisans from latin america. These artisans, mostly women, are hard working people, who are committed to creating unique one of a kind pieces that you will love! My partner in Guatemela helps mainly artesians in need like widows or single moms. Also, and dear to my heart is that a portion of all sales goes back to kids in rural areas in need of shoes, cloth and education.
